Michael, originally from Manalapan, New Jersey, now calls Long Beach, California home. As a dedicated Treatment Coordinator, he brings a passion for helping others and ensuring every patient feels cared for and supported throughout their treatment journey. Personally, Michael knows the value of great orthodontic care—Dr. Panucci was able to correct his bite and give him the smile of his dreams.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid traveler who loves exploring new destinations. When he’s not on the go, he enjoys cooking up new recipes and is always up for a good meal—especially if it includes chips and salsa. Michael’s warm personality and diverse interests make him a valued member of our team!

Meet Annalisa, our Clinical Assistant! Annalisa was born and raised in California and has been in the dental field for 14 years! She received her RDA certification six years ago and continues to love working with both children and adults, helping straighten out their smiles and watching them grow. Annalisa is new to the Beach Braces team as she joined the office in April 2023, and she continues to love working under Dr. Panucci’s guidance and appreciates the office culture and fun we have here.

Annalisa is a mom of four kids; she has three daughters and one son, so she spends her off days enjoying time with them. She loves watching them grow up and is always there to support them with anything. A fun fact about Annalisa is that she wants to go back to school to expand her knowledge and learn more about orthodontics!

Originally from San Diego, Alex has called the South Bay home for the past 16 years. She is passionate about creativity and connection, and with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media Design, Alex seamlessly blends artistic vision with strategic insight to drive our marketing initiatives. Alex has a keen eye for design and a deep love for all things beauty and aesthetics, which further enhances her approach to visual storytelling and branding.

When she’s not working on marketing campaigns, Alex enjoys exploring new restaurants and experimenting with cooking. You can also find her at the beach with her husband and two sons, making lasting memories, building sandcastles, and soaking up the sun. With her fresh perspective and creativity, Alex brings invaluable energy and vision to the Beach Braces marketing team.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Yenesey is our dedicated New Patient Coordinator, always ready to make new patients feel welcome and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with Pilates and loves traveling to new places.

Her favorite moments are spent with her two kids, cherishing quality time together. Yenesey’s warm personality and commitment to care make her a vital part of the Beach Braces team.

A South Bay native, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, welcoming attitude to her role as Back Office Assistant and Registered Dental Assistant. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, watching movies, and capturing memories through photography. Her favorite moments are spent with her kids, making lasting memories together. Jennifer is also passionate about networking and meeting new people.

On weekends, you can find her cultivating her small business, Shari’s Balloons, where she decorates for private parties across the South Bay, LA, and OC. Jennifer’s creativity and vibrant energy make her an essential part of our team.

Nicole grew up in a small town in Northern Idaho with a population of less than 400 people! With over 14 years of experience as a dental hygienist, she has always been passionate about preventative care and whole-body health, which led her to expand her expertise into myofunctional therapy, where she helps address issues related to breathing, tongue posture and swallowing patterns.

Nicole recently moved to California with her husband and poodle and has been enjoying year round sunshine, long walks by the ocean and all the delicious food Manhattan Beach has to offer!
